随着现代网络技术的深入发展和广泛应用,院系图书资料室的存弃和发展面临着严峻的挑战。在这种环境下,本文根据院系图书资料室自身的地位和优势,指出资料室广泛参与学校教学科研服务工作,为学校教学科研发展服务,是提高现有图书资源利用价值的手段之一。

The development and application of modern network technology poses great threat to the survival and growth of reference rooms in departments and schools in universities.Considering the position and advantages of these reference rooms,this paper points out that the reference rooms provide wide service for the teaching and research work,which is one of ways to improve the utilization value of current books resources.
