An Analysis of the Self-Employed Situation of Art Design College Graduates and a Research on Solutions

大学毕业生就业难问题近年来比较凸显,国家十分重视,并出台相关政策,缓解就业压力,鼓励创业是一个行之有效的办法,而且我国的创业空间也很大。笔者对艺术设计类专业学生成功创业的案例进行分析,从创业准备、经营管理、人际关系处理等方面提出大学毕业生创业的具体对策。

The unemployment of college graduates is becoming a noticeable problem now.Great stress in laid on it by Chinese government.More policies are made to release the unemployment pressure.To stimulate self-employed career is an effective way to solve the problem with the huge room for it in the nation.The paper analyzes the successful cases of self-employment of art design graduate and proposes some solutions from the aspects of preparation work,management and interpersonal relationship to the college graduates.
