摘要
冻结法目前己经广泛应用于地铁上下行隧道间联络通道的施工中,特别是在软弱地层中,该工法能够提高开挖区域围岩的强度和防水性能,增强围岩的自稳能力,提高施工的安全性。以武汉轨道交通3号线两地铁站区间联络通道为例,介绍了工程概况及其联络通道的布设情况。根据联络通道施工条件并结合其他相近地层联络通道施工经验,提出了冻结法施工方案及安全监测控制要点。并针对该区间联络通道冻结法施工方案,进行了施工风险分析并提出了应对措施。
Freezing method has been widely used in the construction of connecting passage of upgoing and downgoing line in metro,especially in the weak stratum area,this method can improve the strength and waterproof performance of the excavated surrounding area,increase its self-supporting capacity. We take a connecting passage between two stations of Wuhan Metro Line3 as an engineering example and describe the basic program situation as well as the layout of connecting passage. According to the construction conditions of the connecting passage and combining with the experiences in other connecting passage projects that have the similar geological characteristics,we put forward the construction scheme of freezing method and the key points of safety monitoring. Aiming at the freezing construction solution,the construction risks are analyzed and some countermeasures are presented.
