摘要
科教兴国战略推动了我国高等教育的飞速发展,政府对高等教育的高度重视给高校教师人才队伍建设创造了新的发展机遇。本文从当前我国高校教师人才引进工作的现状出发,探究高校教师人才引进存在的问题及其原因,认为通过树立科学发展观,营造人才聚集氛围、加大对欠发达地区政策扶持,促进教育资源均衡分配、重视人才测评技术在人才引进中的应用,提高人岗匹配度、构建高校教师胜任力模型,推动个人与学校的共同发展这四个途径提高我国高校教师人才队伍建设水平,形成有利于高校教师人才脱颖而出的环境和氛围,充分调动教师的积极性,为促进我国高等教育事业繁荣发展提供有力的智力保障。
The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education has promoted the rapid development of China's higher education,and government's attaching great significance to it has created new development opportunities for the talent team construction in universities.Based on the current situation of talent introduction in China's universities,this paper has explored the existing problems and their causes,and has put forward the following four suggestions:establishing a scientific outlook on development;constructing a talent-gathering atmosphere and enhancing the policy support for underdeveloped areas;promoting equilibrium assignment in educational resources and valuing the application of talent evaluation technology in talent introduction;improving talent-post matching and constructing competency model for university teachers so as to promote the joint development of individuals and universities.These approaches aimed to improve talent team construction of university teachers,to cultivate a talent-friendly environment among university teachers,to fully motivate university teachers,and to provide intellectual guarantee for the prosperity and development of China's higher education.
