Investigation and Analysis of Post-mortem Pig Lymph Lesions

宰后检验是兽医卫生检验的重要环节,对于保证肉品质量具有关键性作用。通过在宁夏石嘴山市的4个屠宰场进行必检淋巴结的抽检,分析其外观和病理变化,结果显示,有44.2%的淋巴结有病变。分析认为导致病变的主要原因是应激因素和疫病因素。建议加强屠宰管理和各阶段的检疫,以减少各种应激因素刺激,保证产品的质量与卫生。

Postmortem examination is an important link in the veterinary health inspection and play a key role to ensure the meat quality. Sampling check on post-mortem pig Lymph-node lesions were carried out in 4 abattoirs in Shizuishan city,Ningxia. The result showed that the proportion of lymphadenopathy was 44%. The main factors were stresses and diseases. Suggestions were put forward for strengthening slaughter management and quarantine at various stages to reduce various stress factors, so as to ensure the quality and health of products.
