广西扶绥县动物产地检疫新模式

The New Model of Animal Production-Place Quarantine in Fusui,Guangxi

为提高产地检疫效率,广西扶绥县改进动物检疫申报单,整合官方兽医和村级防疫员的合理配置,优化检疫流程,建立了"业主申报承诺+村防疫员协检+官方兽医检疫出证"的产地检疫新模式,并通过政府力推、科学管理、规范操作、强化监督、明确责任等措施,使得扶绥县2014年的生猪产地检疫率达到98%,比2012年提高了242%,并实现了动物产品的可追溯,提升了动物检疫队伍的形象和威信。

To improve the efficiency of animal production-place quarantine,the new model of ＂owner declared commitment ＋ village-level animal disease prevention worker assists in quarantine ＋ official veterinarian＇s quarantine and certification＂was set up in Fusui County by improving the animal quarantine declaration form,integrating the human resources of official veterinarians and village-level animal disease prevention workers and optimizing the quarantine process. The pig production-place quarantine rate in Fusui reached to 98% in 2014,an increase by 242% compared with 2012,and meanwhile the animal products could be traced and the image and the prestige of the animal quarantine was promoted.
