摘要
利用与对氨基苯磺酸和盐酸萘乙二胺反应显色的原理,探索最佳的试纸卡制作工艺,将对氨基苯磺酸和盐酸萘乙二胺分别浸在试纸上,干燥,组装成亚硝酸盐速测试纸卡。同时制备含量依次为100 mg/L、80 mg/L、60 mg/L、40 mg/L、20 mg/L、10 mg/L、5.0mg/L、2mg/L、1mg/L的亚硝酸盐溶液制成标准比色卡,作为比色对照。经与分光光度法做了灵敏度和准确度的对比,该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度和准确度高等特点。
The best process for preparation of test strips for rapid detection of nitritesin food was explored by using the color reaction principle of sulphanilic acid and naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride. The sulphanilic acid and naphthyl ethylenediamine dihydrochloride were respectively soaked on to the test paper and the test paper was assembled to rapid test strips when dried. Meanwhile,reference colorimetric card was prepared with 100 mg/L,80 mg/L,60 mg/L,40 mg/L,20 mg/L,10 mg/L,5.0mg/L 2mg/L,1mg/L nitrites as colorimetric control. The method was rapid,simple,sensitive and accurate as compared with spectrophotometry.
