摘要
为加强口岸对进境野生及实验用啮齿类动物中淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒(LCMV)筛查和流行病学调查,本研究建立了RT-PCR和Real-time RT-PCR快速高通量检测LCMV的方法,证实两种核酸检测方法具有良好的特异性、灵敏性和稳定性,适于快速检测LCMV。
In order to survey and conduct epidemiological investigation of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus（LCMV）among wild and experimental rodent animals,RT-PCR assay and Real-time RT-PCR assay were established using Taq Man probe for LCMV with high sensitivity,specificity and stability for rapid detection of LCMV.
