摘要
对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)两种规格母体后代的生长特性进行了研究。结果表明,从两种规格母体上刚离体的早期幼虾经过40 d的培育,后代的体重差异不显著(P>0.05),小规格母体后代的个体间差异较大,存活率均较低。分级后,再培育40 d,两种规格母体的后代生长性状差异极显著(P<0.01),大规格母本的后代显著大于小规格母本的后代,随着培育时间延长幼虾体重变异系数和体长变异系数下降明显。
In this study, we investigated the growth characteristics of offspring derived from females with different body sizes in the red swamp crafish Procambarus clarkia. The results showed that after 40 days cultivation, the juveniles between female parents with larger body size and smaller body size had no significant differences in body weight between the two groups(P0.05). However, when compared with the offspring derived from larger females, those derived from smaller females exhibited a higher level of variation in body weight and length but a lower rate of survival. After graded, the juveniles were cultivated for 40 more days. It showed that the growth of offsprins derived from two sizes of females parents had highly significant difference(P0.01), the values of weight and body length of offspring derived from female parents of larger size were bigger than those derived from smaller females. However, the variation coefficient of body weight and length significantly decreased as the cultivation time increased.
