摘要 湖南在全面推进"四化两型"建设的过程中,依然面临着产业转型压力加大、资源能源约束强化、环境生态恶化加剧的严峻形势,传统农业经济发展方式遇到了前所未有的挑战,急需构建低碳环保、生态循环、可持续发展的现代农业产业,蚕业作为生物资源开发利用型产业正在迎来难得的发展机遇。围绕蚕业在土壤修复、石漠化治理、水土保持、畜禽饲料、资源循环利用等方面的绿色开发前景,阐明了蚕业在转型升级过程中坚持契合国家与地方发展战略,不断建立与其他产业耦合共生关系,着力打造可持续发展的多元化开发、多层次利用的产业链条,最终依靠科学布局与产业融合实现湖南蚕业的有序转移与转型升级的必然性与可行性。 The traditional growth pattern of agricultural economy is facing unprecedented challenges in Hunan Province due to the severe situation of increasing pressure from industry transformation, further intensified constraints of energy and resources, and dramatic deterioration of ecological environment during the overall construction for "two-oriented society with four modernizations". It is urgent to develop and to construct a modern agriculture industry of low-carbon environmental protection, ecological cycle and sustainable development. As an industry for exploitation and utilization of biological resources, sericulture is ushering in a rare development opportunity. Focusing on the green development prospects of sericulture in contaminated soil remediation, rocky desertification control,water and soil conservation, forage for livestock and cycle development of resources, this paper has clarified that the development of sericulture should accord with the development strategies of nation and Hunan local government, push continuously forward the construction of the coupling and symbiotic relationships between sericulture and other industries, and make efforts to form a diverse and multi-level production chain of sustainable development; and it is necessary and feasible to accomplish the goals of sericultural industry transfer, transformation and upgrading by means of reasonable industrial layout and integration in Hunan.
