摘要
针对展台的结构以及使用过程中出现的问题,设计了一套展台专用的锁扣。对锁扣工作原理做简要说明,然后针对设计中主要涉及的摩擦力计算和压簧设计进行详细阐述,最后在Solid Works三围软件中对转轴建模,并对锁扣转轴的受力进行有限元分析,根据软件最终分析结果,转轴的应力与应变都是在许可范围内,从而验证了设计的可行性。
On the study of the structure of the table for the exhibits and the problems fround in using process, we design a special lock of the table for exhibits. First, introduce the relevant background information of the design, and explan briefly the working principle of the lock, the second, detail the calculation of friction and pressure spring design, at last modeling the ratating shaft in Solid Works and have the finite element simulatiom on Solid Works Simulation, the stress and strain of ratating shaft are safe according to the analysised result of software,so the design is feasible.
