动词“嗅”的语义演变及隐喻认知机制研究

Study of Semantic Evolution and Metaphor Recognition of the Verb“嗅”

文章利用北京大学语言中心CCL语料库有关嗅觉动词"嗅"的语料,从认知语言学角度分析嗅觉动词"嗅"的语义演变,探究其演变的内在隐喻机制,同时指出,动词"嗅"发生了由感官领域到心理领域的隐喻投射。

Olfactory organ is the basic organ of people＇s body,and the＂smell verb＂is widely used in Chinese.But the study of it is rare which are mainly about the comparison of analysis of it in Chinese and English and without deeply analysis of its evolution.This paper tries to probe the inner metaphor mechanism of the verb ＂嗅＂and point that its metaphor projecting from sense to psychology in the view of recognition linguistics with the linguistic data about the verb＂嗅＂in Language center of Peking University CCL corpus.
