大学生人格特征与人际关系的相关研究

Correlation Studies on Personality Characteristics and Interpersonal Relationships of College Students

采用人格特征问卷和人际关系量表对370名在校大学生进行问卷调查分析。结果显示,大学生的精神质维度在性别、学科性质、学制及是否独生上有显著差异;人际关系水平在学科性质与学制上有显著差异;精神质、神经质维度与人际关系有显著负相关;外倾性与人际关系有显著正相关。表明大学生人格特征是影响人际关系的因素。

Objective To investigate the relation and status quo of personality characteristics and interpersonal relationships of college students,and provide scientific basis for mental health education work of college students.Methods 370 college students were assessed with personality traits questionnaire and interpersonal scale.Results The psychoticism of college students had significant difference on gender,subject nature,educational system,and only-child or not.The level of interpersonal relationships had significant difference on subject nature and educational system.Psycho-ticism and neuroticism were negative correlation with interpersonal relationships;introversion-extroversion was positive correlation with interpersonal relationships.Conclusion The personality characteristics of college students were factors that affected interpersonal relationships.
