摘要
高校体质较弱的学生越来越多,一些学生在进行体育学习时存在着运动心理障碍问题,这类问题在某种程度上阻碍了体育教学活动的开展.造成学生运动心理障碍的主要原因是其在运动中负荷过大、心理情绪异常以及一些客观因素.如果得不到及时解决,就会对高校大学生的发展产生不利影响.因此,教师要从学生体能入手,通过合理规划运动量、增加体育游戏、进行心理疏导等来消除其心理障碍.
In colleges and universities in China,more and more students are weak in physical condition.Some students have some problems such as athletic psychological barriers in the physical education learning.This kind of problem to some extent hinders the progress of sports teaching activities.This paper systematically analyzes the forms and causes of psychological barriers about the motility of students in physical education learning,and puts forward the reasonable solution from the physical weaker students groups in colleges and universities.
