Research on transformation of the cool mill oil station of 600 MW unit

介绍了ZGM型中速辊式磨煤机油站的基本控制方式,对其中采用的小型PLC控制系统做了简单的说明,以及在实际运行中对于该控制方式的一些可以加以改造使之运行更加可靠的方法.并且结合电厂自身四台600MW机组近8年制粉系统的实际运行情况,对磨煤机运行可靠性进行分析,并提出相应的预防与改进措施。

This paper introduced the basic control manner of ZGM medium-speed roller cool mill oil station, and made a simple description of some small PLC control systems, as well as some methods for transformation of the control manner to make it operate more reliably in the actual operation. And combined with the four 600 MW units nearly 8 years the practical operation of pulverizing system in power plant, analyzed the reliability of cool mill operation, and proposed corresponding preventive and improving measures for reference.
