摘要
2014年,中国经济增长7.4%,总体规模63.6万亿元,超过10万亿美元,稳居世界第二;回落过程比较平稳,避免了大起大落,但转型换档和探底过程还在继续,且出现了通缩现象,进入新常态,还要提升对经济下行的容忍度和承受力。在"一路一带"战略下,中国开始成为净资本输出国,且对外直接投资的结构也在出现优化;亚洲基础设施投资银行和丝绸之路建设基金的设立与高铁走出去将会有力地推动中国经济转型升级,需要下功夫做好。
In 2014, China＇s economic growth is 7.4%, the overall size is 63.6 trillion Yuan, more than $10 trillion, ranks the second in the world; falling process is smoothly, and avoid the ups and downs, but the transformation and shift and dip process continues, and appear the phenomenon of deflation and entered the new normal, we should promote tolerance of the economic downturn. Under the ＂one road with one belt＂ strategy, China has begun to become the net capital exporter and the structure of foreign direct investment also appeared optimization. The Asian infrastructure investment bank and the set up of Silk Road construction fund with going out of high-speed rail will effectively promote China＇s economic transformation and upgrading, need to work well.
