人格特质与外显利他和内隐利他的关系

The Relationship Between Personality Traits with Explicit Altruism and Implicit Altruism

本研究以大学生为研究对象,以艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ_RSC)、大学生利他行为自评问卷和内隐联想测验为工具,对大学生的人格特质、外显利他和内隐利他的现状进行测查,探讨外显利他和内隐利他的关系以及人格特质与外显利他和内隐利他的关系。结果显示:(1)外显利他与内隐利他相关不显著,利他行为存在内隐倾向,外显利他和内隐利他均不存在性别差异;(2)外显利他得分与EPQ人格特质中的N量表、P量表之间存在显著负相关,与E量表、L量表之间存在显著正相关,典型情绪不稳定与典型情绪稳定外显利他存在显著差异;(3)内隐利他与人格特质的相关均不显著。

Taking Undergraduate students as subjects,this paper used the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Scale for Chinese（ EPQ- RSC） and Altruistic Behavior Self- evaluation Questionnaire of College Students and Implicit Association Test（ IAT） to test their personality traits and explicit altruism and implicit altruism. The present study tried to probe into the relationship between explicit and implicit altruism and the relationship between personality traits and explicit and implicit altruism. The result indicated that： no significant difference was discovered between explicit and implicit altruism,and altruistic behavior could be displayed implicitly,and there was no gender difference in explicit and implicit altruism; explicit altruism had significant negative correlation with the scores of N and the scores of P,and significant positive correlation with the scores of E and the scores of L in EPQ- RSC; there was significant difference between explicit altruism of typical emotional non- stability and typical emotional stability; no significant difference was discovered between personality traits and implicit altruism.
