大学生归因方式与主观幸福感的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨大学生归因方式与主观幸福感的关系,提高大学生的主观幸福感,培养大学生正确的归因,本研究使用多维度多归因量表和主观幸福感量表对师范学院学生进行了测验。结果显示:(1)大学生的主观幸福感总体水平较高,女生的幸福感总体情况优于男生,但是男女在幸福感上差异不显著。(2)大学生在归因方式上总体倾向于内部归因,男女大学生都是内控性得分高于外控性得分,男女在归因方式上差异不显著。(3)内控归因倾向的大学生比外控倾向的大学生能够更好地体验到幸福感。在成功的情境下,学业成就中的背景因素与幸福感存在显著的负相关。在失败情境下,学业成就中的能力因素和主观幸福感存在显著负相关。 To explore the relationship between attribution style and subjective well- being,improve students' subjective well- being,and cultivate their correct attribution style,Index of GWB and MMCS were used in 185 college students. The results show that:( 1) The overall level of university students' subjective well- being is high,and the general situation of female students' subjective well- being is bigger than that of the male students.( 2) The university students tend to internal control in attribution style. Male and female university students ' internal control scores are higher than external control scores. There was no significant difference between male and female students in attribution style.( 3) The students of the internal control style are better able to experience happiness than students of external control style. Under the successful situation,there was significant negative correlation between background factors and SWB in studies achievement. Under the failure situation,there was significant negative correlation between the ability factors and SWB in studies achievement.
