P型空压机喘振故障分析及对策

摘要 离心式空压机组在运行中容易产生喘振故障,喘振的发生往往由于空压机气体流量的减小等原因从而引起空压机叶片旋转失速。当空压机运行环境进一步恶化,空压机工作状态就由旋转失速进而发展为喘振,P型空压机是离心式空压机的一种,在投产初期常出现的喘振故障,针对喘振故障现象进行了原因分析,找出了预防喘振的控制方法,减少喘振故障的发生,有利于空压机在安全的状态下运行。 The surge fault is often appeared during the operation of centrifugal compressor, the cause of surge fault is the reduced gas flow of compressor effects the rotating stall of vane speed. When the operating environment getting worse, the working status of rotating stall comes to surging, PT-type air compressor is the one of the centrifugal compressors, the surge fault is often appeared during initial stage of production, the reasons for the surge phenomenon is introduced, the control method for preventing surge is found to reduce the incidence occurred and benefit for the air compressor running in safe condition.
