摘要 活性氧簇(ROS)是由氧化还原反应产生的不稳定、高活性氧分子的化合物簇,与心力衰竭密切相关,它可介导心室重塑、心肌间质纤维化,心肌收缩功能和血管内皮功能障碍等。本文通过回顾近年来的研究结果,探讨ROS在心力衰竭发生、发展中的作用,为预防和治疗心力衰竭寻找新途径。 Reactive oxygen species (ROS) is unstable and high activity oxygen molecule compounds species produced by redox reaction ,which is closely related to heart failure .And it can mediate ventricular remodeling , myocardial interstitial fibrosis , myocardial systolic function and vascular endothelial dysfunction etc . Through reviewing re‐search results of recent years ,the present article explores the role of ROS in occurrence and development of heart failure to seek new ways for prevention and treatment of heart failure .
