基于成果转化环节视角下的成果转化影响因素及对策研究——以郑州市科技成果转化为例

Research on Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Achievements Transformation Based on View of Achievements Transformation——transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Zhengzhou as an example

为破解科技转化难题,优化科技成果转化环境,提升科技创新能力,本文选取部分中心城市作为样本,通过构建创新能力指标、成果转化指标和成果承接能力指标三大成果转化环节指标体系,研究影响成果转化的主要因素,从健全创新机制、切入创新源头、完善成果转化支撑体系、优化成果转化科技投入模式等方面提出促进科技成果转化的对策建议。

To solve problems on transformation of scientific and technological achievements,optimizetransformation environments and promote innovation abilities,taking several central cities as samples,thispaper focuses on study of influence factors of achievements transformation through construction of indexsystems of innovation ability,achievements transformation and achievements commitment ability,as well asstudy of countermeasures on how to promote achievements transformation of science and technology bystrengthening innovation mechanism,discovering innovation source,improving supporting system and opti-mizing investment mode.
