党的十八大特别提到"网络安全",数据安全被高度关注。本文以此为背景,针对网络环境下的商业秘密法律保护问题进行深入探讨,分析了商业秘密法律保护的发展现状及侵权特点,探讨现行法律中针对网络环境下的商业秘密保护所存在的主要问题,并对完善网络环境下的商业秘密法律保护,提出了一系列可行性对策,以期能够对本问题的深入研究提供一些参鉴。

＂Network security＂was mentioned in CPC＇s 18 th National Congress. Data security hasbeen highly concerned. Issues about legal protection and analysis on current situation of commercial secretunder network environment are deeply discussed. Moreover, issues under present law and a series of feasi-ble countermeasures to improve commercial secret protection are put forward with the expectation of furtherresearch.
