台风泥石流受灾区行动弱势者疏散避难行为决策因素分析

Analysis of Factors on Decision-making Behavior of Evacuation for Vulnerable Groups under Typhoon-Mud Flow Disaster

为了了解行动弱势者在台风泥石流下的避难疏散行为,本研究透过问卷调查和访谈的方式,选取浙江省国土资源厅划定的泥石流重点治理区域为研究区,调查泥石流灾害下行动弱势者疏散避难行为特性,应用二元Logistic回归法,建立了行动弱势者"是否采取避难"避难疏散行为模式,结果表明"获得避难信息"、"有疏散避难危机意识和知识"等因素对行动弱势者进行疏散避难的意愿影响较大,本研究成果可供政府部门作为决策参考使用。

For realizing evacuation behavior of vulnerable groups in mud flow disaster, this study se-lected major governance areas which was listed in department of Land and Resources of Zhejiang Provinceas research area and it conducted a questionnaire and individual interview to investigate characteristics ofvulnerable groups＇ evacuation behavior in mud flow disaster. The binary logistic regression analysis is per-formed to establish evacuation behavior model for vulnerable groups. Study shows that factors such as＂ac-quisition of evacuation information＂,＂danger awareness and knowledge about evacuation＂have greater in-fluence on vulnerable groups＇ evacuation will. Findings in this study can be used as a decision-making ref-erence for governmental departments.
