大学生学雷锋常态化现状及影响因素研究

The Research on the Current Situation of College Students' Learning Lei Feng and Influencing Factors

当代学雷锋活动的关键词是"常态化"。如何实现大学生学雷锋活动常态化,已成为高校思想政治教育工作的重中之重。但当前,大学生对学雷锋常态化存在理性认知缺乏、情感认同偏弱、知行严重脱节问题,其主要影响因素在于学雷锋活动的目标理想化、内容知识化、制度规约欠缺化。因此,高校应高度重视,科学引导大学生常态化学雷锋活动。

Contemporary keywords of learning Lei Fengis ＂ normalized＂,that is,how to normalize learning from Lei Feng has become the prominent task for the ideological and political education work. From the survey of 969 college students＇ questionnaires,it has found that there is the lack of rational cognition,the weak of emotion identity,and the separation between cognition and practice.The main influence factors are the lack of rational cognition,knowledge of the learning and rules and regulation. Therefore,colleges and universities should attach great importance to scientific guide students to learn from Lei Feng.
