独立学院辅导员队伍建设稳定机制探析

Study on stability mechanism of counselor team construction in Independent College

高校辅导员作为学生成长的引路人,承担着学生学习、生活、素质教育管理等繁琐而又重要的常规工作,因而辅导员队伍建设在高校的建设中有着不可或缺的作用。而作为我国高等教育事业重要组成部分的独立学院,其辅导员队伍的建设更是受到了社会各界的关注。但是,不稳定的辅导员队伍成了独立学院中的普遍现象,极大的影响了独立学院的生存和发展,因而建设一支团结的、掌握了扎实的理论知识和较强执行力的辅导员队伍,成为独立学院迫在眉睫的工作。文章分析了增强独立学院辅导员队伍建设稳定机制的紧要性、制约独立学院辅导员队伍稳定的因素,并基于此提出了相应的改进对策。

As the independent college is an important part of higher education in China,the construction of the counselor team is the concern of the community,but the instability of the counselor team is a universal phenomenon in independent college counselors,unstable seriously restricted the development of independent colleges,so the construction of a stable,with complete theoretical knowledge and strong execution of independent college counselor team,become an urgent work. This paper analyzes the importance of strengthening counselor team building and affect the stability mechanism of the independent college counselor team stability reasons of independent college,and based on this,puts forward some countermeasures for improving the counselor team building stability mechanism of independent college.
