在遵循《"金财工程"建设目标和总体规划》的基础上将信息化技术应用于政府非税收入收缴管理中,建设了鸡西市集中模式的政府非税收入收缴管理系统,对该系统在运行中存在的问题进行了分析,为下一步完善改进提出了针对性措施。

We have set up a centralized collection and management system of governmental non-tax in Jixi based on the Goal and Total Planning of Finical and Tax Project, applying the information technology to the collection and management system of gov-ernmental non-tax.The paper analyzed the problems met in the operation of the existing system and put forward some suggestions to improve the system operation.
