我国少数民族教育立法的几点建议

Suggestions on Legislation of Education for Ethnic Minorities in China

改革开放以来,我国民族地区法制建设取得了很大的进步,少数民族教育立法也不例外。但由于时间较短,还存在体系不完善、地方立法滞后、监督不力等问题。再有就是受自然、历史、经济条件的影响,少数民族地区的教育水平远远低于全国教育水平。因此,要想实现少数民族地区教育的快速发展,完善少数民族教育立法变得十分必要。

Legal construction in minority areas in China has made great progress, and so is the educational legislation for ethnic minorities.But because of the time limits , there are still imperfect local legislation lag and supervision problems.Due to the histor-ical , economical conditions, the level of education in ethnic minority areas is much lower than that of the national level .Therefore, in order to achieve the rapid development of education in ethnic minority areas, improving the legislation of education for ethnic mi-norities is very necessary.
