我国目前存在三种公证机构模式:行政模式、事业模式、合作模式。行政模式是计划经济时代的产物,终将退出历史舞台。事业模式较为灵活,比较适应当下的需要。合作模式引入市场竞争,可以提高公证机构运作效率,但也可能因过度追求利益而丧失中立性。

There are three kind of notary organization mode in China ,i.e.administrative mode, career mode and cooperation mode.The administrative pattern is the product of the planned economy era, which will quit the stage of history.The career mode is more flexible and suitable to the needs of China.Market competition is introduced into the cooperation mode improve the opera-tional efficiency of a notarization institution, and at the same it may also lose neutrality because of excessive pursuit of the economic interests.
