需求分析理论指导下的广西独立学院应用型外语教材构建研究

摘要 独立学院亟需根据独立学院学生自身的特点、需求和独立学院的办学宗旨构建教材。在需求分析理论的指导下,对广西三所较有代表性的独立学院内千余名英语专业学生进行问卷调查与访谈证实:广西独立学院英语专业学生的特点是英语基础薄弱、学习动机不强等,但他们迫切希望使用适合其自身特点的外语教材。因此,构建广西独立学院外语教材的原则应包括考虑使用对象的特点与需求,把握教材难度以保证语言的可输入性、选取真实材料并符合社会真实需求、以就业为导向与突出应用性。 As a new mode of higher education, independent colleges find themselves in need of constructing teaching materials in accordance to the characteristics and needs of their students and teaching aims.Some questionnaire and interviews have been made over a thousand English majors in three independent colleges in Guangxi , which reveals that English majors in independent colleges are characterized by having poor English foundation and low learning motives but strong needs for foreign language teaching materials that are suitable for their own characteristics .As for the construction of foreign language teaching materials for independ-ent colleges, some important points must be considered to ensure the language input-ability and practicality.
