积极心理学视阈下的高校心理健康教育 被引量:2

摘要 人所具有的发展潜力以及美德是积极心理学研究的核心内容,以积极取向为心理学的研究方向,是当代心理学最新进展。而将积极心理学运用到高校的心理健康教育中,符合现代社会的发展要求,也是一种对高校心理健康教育重新定位和有效推进的新型观念。本文通过对积极心理学的介绍以及对高校现存心理学教育中存在问题的分析,简要探讨积极心理学为高校心理健康教育带来的发展意义和其有效构建的方式。
