摘要
能力导向是应用型本科高校模块化课程教学改革和构建的重要基础.因此,在人才培养方案的设计上,必须在调研的基础上,将行业和企业岗位对人才需求转化为相对应的能力,达到上岗就能用的目的;在模块化改革中,主要是从"增、删、调、改、合"等五个方面对传统的课程进行全面的、系统的、具有内在逻辑联系的建设和改造;教师实践能力的提升需要发挥学校和教师两个方面的积极性;对学生自主学习考核的方法主要有过程考核、岗位实习、岗位模拟、项目课题等方法.
Ability orientation is an important foundation for teaching reform and construction of modular courses,therefore,in the design of the training plan must be based on research,the industry demand for talent and business positions into a corresponding capability to meet the posts on the competent purposes.In reform of modularity,mainly from the "add,delete,adjust,change,"and so on five aspects of the traditional curriculum to conduct a comprehensive,systematic,construction and reconstruction of intrinsic logical connection.Ability of the teachers' practice,it is necessary to exert the enthusiasm of school and the teacher two aspects.For the assessment of students' autonomous learning methods mainly include:process evaluation,internships,job simulation and project topics.
