本院门诊处方不合理用药点评分析

Comment on unreasonable prescriptions in the out-patient department

目的:分析门诊处方中不合理用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:将2012年7月—2014年6月处方点评过程中发现的55例不合理用药处方进行评析与分类统计。结果:不合理用药主要集中表现在配伍禁忌或相互作用;适应证不适宜;遴选药品不适宜;剂型或给药途径不适宜;用法用量不适宜;联合用药不适宜;重复用药等。结论:处方点评是了解临床用药情况的重要手段,通过定期进行处方点评,分析问题,及时干预,将提高临床合理用药水平,并且它是一个系统性、长期性的工作,需要医院各部门密切配合、相关部门大力支持才能取得良好效果。

Objective：To analyze the unreasonable prescriptions in the out—patient department,and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods：Fifty—five unreasonable prescriptions selected randomly from July 2012 to June 2014 were analyzed carefully and classified. Results：The unreasonable use of durgs mainly included incompatibility or interaction,inappropriate in-dication,incorrect drug selected,inappropriate dosage form or route of administration,incorrect dosage or usage of drugs,incor-rect durg combination,repeated durg use,et al. Conclusion：Comment of the prescriptions is an important way to know the clini-cal drug use. Regular prescription comment,analysis and timely intervention can promote the rational use of drugs.
