黑龙江省区域经济发展背景下对俄经贸人才培养的现状、问题与对策研究

Personnel Training for Trade with Russia In the Context of Regional Economic Growth in Heilongjiang Province

目前,中俄经贸关系正进入快速发展的新阶段。黑龙江省开展对俄贸易具有地域优势和资源优势,是我国对俄经贸发展的桥头堡。而对俄经贸人才培养是发展对俄贸易的关键,加强人才培养迫在眉睫。当前,黑龙江省对俄经贸人才培养中存在的问题,主要体现在对俄经贸人才需求强劲而供应不足,整体素质不高,人才培养模式陈旧以及缺乏地方特色等方面。黑龙江省应从提升学生的政治素质,积极探索教学改革,加强师资队伍建设和校企合作等几个层面加快培养对俄经贸人才。

China-Russia trade relation enters a rapid development stage now. Heilongjiang province is a bridgehead for the country in trades with Russia as it has both regional and resource advantages. Since it is the key to build a talent pool for the growth of China-Russia trades, strengthening personnel training is an urgent need for Heilongjiang. Current personnel training problems include the weak supply failing to meet the strong demand, poor overall personnel＇s ability, outdated training pattern and a lack of local characteristics. Universities and colleges in Heilongjiang should accelerate to foster personnel for doing business with Russia by promoting political quality of students,proactively explore reform options in education, enhance teacher team building and strengthen university-industry cooperation.
