职业院校校企深度合作制度保障体系研究

A System Facilitating In-Depth Cooperation Between Vocational Schools and Businesses

校企合作是当前职业教育改革创新中的关键环节。目前我国校企合作处于发展的初期,高职院校与企业的合作意愿强烈,但企业参与动力不足。由于我国法律制度不健全、体系不完善、法律保障机制缺失、强制力不足,高职院校与企业难以共同发展。而国际上经济发达国家的职业教育都十分发达且有健全完善的法律体系为校企合作保驾护航。我国应加快明确职责,发挥政府、企业和职业院校的积极作用,完善法律制度,增加基础设施,增强校企合作制度的操作性。

Cooperation between vocational schools and businesses is one of key links for reform and innovation of vocational education at present. At this starting point, polytechnics have a strong will to work with local businesses which, however, are not interested in doing so.Enterprises cannot benefit from this practice as expected because of related flawed laws and regulations and failure of the protective system. Global advanced vocational education are all guaranteed by sound law systems. In this connection, China should make government,businesses and schools play their full parts, improve rules concerned, and invest more in facilities. By doing so, system guiding cooperation between schools and businesses is workable.
