基于“七对接”理念的校企合作模式探讨

校企合作在职业教育中虽早已展开,但在实施过程中也存在诸如流于形式、合作层次较低、合作范围有限、合作进程缓慢等问题。基于此,须加快推进思想观念、规划、项目、人力资源、信息、校企文化、政策等"七个对接"进程,以着力深化校企合作。

The school-enterprise cooperation in occupational education has already begun,but in the implementation process there are many problems such as a mere formality, relatively low cooperation level, limited scope of cooperation, slow progress of cooperation, etc. The article emphasized the ＂seven docking＂ process in ideological concept, planning, project, human resources,information, college-enterprise culture, and policy etc., in order to deepen the college-enterprise cooperation mode.
