Experience and Enlightenment of Development of Qualification Framework in Australia

澳大利亚是世界上较早建立了资历框架的国家。澳大利亚资历框架经历了十几年的发展历程,现在已经成为澳大利亚国内学校教育、高等教育、职业教育与培训(VET)所颁发的国家级资格与质量保障。本文通过介绍澳大利亚资历框架产生的背景、发展历程、具体内容、实施过程、颁证机构等内容,以期对我国终身学习制度的建立有所借鉴。

Australia is one of the pioneering countries that have established qualification framework, which has become the assurance of national qualification and quality for school education, high education and vocational education and training. This thesis deals with the background, developmental paths, contents, implementing processes and issuing authority of Australian qualification framework, so as to provide experience to the establishment of life-long education in China.
