摘要
农村残疾儿童作为社会中的极弱势群体,其受教育权利的实现是国家文明进步的标志,决定了他们的未来发展和生存状况。通过调查,反映出安徽省农村残疾儿童存在接受教育比例低,失学现象严重,所处教育环境不利,得到的教育保障不到位,家长对教育重要性认识不足等问题。需要政府、社会、家庭多方协同,加大举措,推进2016年基本普及残疾儿童义务教育目标的实现。
Rural disabled children are as one of vulnerable groups in the society. The realization of their right to education is the national symbol of civilization and progress, and determines their future development and survival condition. Through the investigation, it reflects the fact that the rural disabled children in Anhui province have a low literacy rate, serious dropout phenomenon, disadvantageous educational environment, and parents' lack of understanding of the importance of education. So we need that government, society, and family to coordinate and step up efforts to achieve basic universal compulsory education of disabled children.
