摘要
以152名特殊教育教师为对象,采用T检验和方差分析的方法考查了黑龙江省特殊教育教师职业倦怠状况。结果表明,黑龙江省特殊教育教师普遍存在职业倦怠,但程度并不严重;特殊教育教师职业倦怠状况在性别、职称和学历上不存在显著差异,但在年龄和教龄上存在显著差异。
152 special education teachers were collected as the subjects; teachers' job burnout in the special education of Heilongjiang was explored by T check and analysis on variance. The results indicated that job burnout exists really and popularly in special education teachers, but is not often serious. However, there is no significant difference between sex, academic title or academic background, and there is significant difference of age and school age.
