摘要
从新中国成立一直到改革开放之前,我国特殊师范教育的零星探索与尝试主要发生于20世纪50年代中后期,并延伸到60年代初。由于当时没有专门的特殊师范学校来进行特殊教育师资的专门培养,教育部开始尝试通过职后培训与举办短期培训班两种方式促进盲聋哑学校教师的培训与进修。这一时期虽有零星的特殊教育教师培训的实践以及少量的短期培训班,但还没有形成系统规范的特殊师范教育制度。
In the fifties of the 20 th century, our country faced a shortage problem of special education teachers and had a lower level of whole teacher teams. Because of having no teacher school for cultivating special education teachers, the Ministry of Education began to take teachers training and establish some teachers training classes to improve the teacher quality. But during this period, there had no teacher system of special education in our country.
