摘要
本文利用相似理论及速度系数法进行中压甲铵泵的水力设计,并利用Solidworks软件建立过流部件的三维模型,利用CFX流场分析软件对定常下的中压甲铵泵进行数值模拟分析,计算出泵的特性参数,判断离心泵设计的合理性;对非定常工况下中压甲铵泵内流场进行数值模拟,得到旋转周期内压力和扬程的变化规律以及非定常条件下的离心泵特性参数。
This paper used similarity theory and the velocity coefficient method to accomplish the medium pressure ammonia pump hydraulic design,and established the 3D model of flow parts by using Solidworks software,used CFX flow field analysis software to finish numerical simulation analysis of medium pressure ammonia pump,to calculate the characteristic parameters of the pump,and to judge the rationality of centrifugal pump design under steady constant working conditions.It accomplished medium pressure ammonia pump flow field numerical simulation under unsteady constant working conditions,got the changing rules of pressure and pump head in the rotation period and centrifugal pump characteristics parameters under unsteady constant conditions.
