摘要
本文基于抬高顶梁体下料及加工过程,经过科学研究及论证,选取更加合理高效的加工方法。为满足顶梁体生产安装要求,从提高下料精度出发,增加一道加工工序,从而提高拼装效率、减少或避免焊后矫正,提高生产效率。
This paper based on material and machining process of the elevation top beam body,through scientific research and demonstration,selected a more reasonable and efficient machining method. In order to meet the production and installation requirements of top beam body,starting from improving the cutting accuracy,increase one working procedure,thereby improving the assembling efficiency,reducing or avoiding corrections after welding,improving production efficiency.
