摘要
通过几种常用拓扑结构的分析,针对硬开关技术带来的问题,本文提出一种全桥串联谐振双向DC/DC变换器,分析了该变换器的工作原理,简化了电压源负载交流电路,为开关管的零电压开通,零电流关断实现提供理论依据。该变换器减少了变换器的体积和重量,并且减少了系统的电磁干扰。
Through the analysis of several common used topological structures, aiming at the problems caused by hard switching technology, this paper puts forward a series resonant full bridge bidirectional DC/DC converter, analyses the working principle of the converter, simplifies the voltage source load AC circuit to a zero voltage and provides a theoretical basis to achieve zero current turn off. The converter has reduced the volume and weight of the converter, and reduced the electromagnetic interference of this system.
