摘要
本文结合哈尔滨地铁1号线清滨公园站1号出入口工程施工实例,在1号线清滨公园站与毗邻建筑恒祥首府合建1号出入口施工期间,对恒祥首府高层建筑地下室梁、板,采用板底贴碳布、梁体粘钢板的方法进行加固[1]。事实证明此种加固方法能有效控制既有建筑物的裂缝及变形,保证既有建筑物的安全。
Combining with construction example of Qingbin Park Station in Harbin Metro Line 1,during the construction period of No. 1 entrance which was built by the Qingbin Park Station and its neighboring buiding-the Hengxiang capital,the building basement beam,plate of Hengxiang capital were reinforced with the methods of pasting carbon cloth at plate bottom,sticking girder with steel. It was proved that the reinforcement method can effectively control the existing buildings' cracks and deformation,and ensure the safety of such buildings.
