水通道蛋白与阿尔茨海默病的关系研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 水通道蛋白(aquaporins.AQPs)是一个小分子膜通道蛋白家族,主要参与水分子的跨膜转运,维持细胞内外水的平衡。AQPs不仅能转运水分子,而且对一些小分子物质如溶质分子(H_2O_2、甘油、尿素)、气体分子(CO_2、NH_3、NO和O_2)、离子(K^+和CL^-)等也有通透性[1]。自1991年Agre等在红细胞发现第1种水通道蛋白(AQP1)以来,目前已经在哺乳动物发现了位于不同部位的14种AOPs,其中至少8种被证实与水的转运有关[1]。哺乳动物脑组织主要表达AQP1和AQP4,它们主要分布在星形胶质细胞终足,与星形胶质细胞的功能有关。
