面神经损伤后核团微环境变化的研究进展

Recent advance in nuclei microenvironment changes after facial nerve injury

摘要 面神经受损后如何促进其再生修复是长期摆在基础和临床科研工作者面前的难题。近年来,随着组织工程学、分子生物学、材料工程学的飞速发展,神经修复技术日趋精益。但在临床上,患者术后神经功能的恢复仍并不十分理想,往往遗留程度不等的面神经功能障碍,这主要由于面神经损伤后不但外周神经干发生变化,其“中枢司令部”——面神经核团内也发生了极为复杂的反应。面神经核团为特殊内脏运动核,位于脑桥下部腹外侧的网状结构中,在三叉神经脊束与上橄榄核之间,全长约3~4mm。
