聚合瓷用于前牙贴面修复的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of Ceramage veneers in anterior teeth

目的评价聚合瓷在前牙贴面修复中的临床疗效。方法对28例患者的98颗前牙进行Ceramage聚合瓷贴面修复,参照改良Ryge标准,每年复查评价其临床效果。结果经过4年复查,有5个聚合瓷贴面折断,7个贴面边缘染色,7个贴面所修复的患牙有牙龈炎,未发现聚合瓷贴面脱落、边缘适合性差、颜色不满意及牙本质敏感的情况。结论聚合瓷贴面是一种经济、实用、微创的较理想的修复方法。

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical performance of Ceramage veneers restoration in anterior region. Methods Twenty-eight patients were restored with 98 Ceramage veneers. All the subjects underwent a detailed clinical examination every year according to the modified Ryge criteria. Results After four years of reexamination,five veneers fractured,seven veneers had marginal discoloration and seven veneers suffered from gingival inflammation. Neither restoration fall off due to poor retention,nor marginal discrepancy,color dissatisfaction and dental hypersensitivity were discovered. Conclusion Ceramage veneers are ideal minimally-invasive restorations with economic price and good use.
