骨地图法手术导板在不翻瓣种植手术中的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较使用手术导板的不翻瓣手术与常规翻瓣手术在口腔种植中的效果,为医生提供安全、有效的临床经验。方法:选择后牙区单颗牙缺失患者,不翻瓣组20例应用手术导板辅助进行不翻瓣种植手术,另选择常规翻瓣种植手术患者20例作对照组。比较手术时间、术后肿痛时间、X线检查结果及修复后12个月的随访评估。结果:与常规翻瓣种植患者相比,应用手术导板的不翻瓣种植患者的手术时间、术后肿痛时间、植体植入角度有统计学差异(P<0.01);进行上部结构修复后12个月随访评估无差异。结论:通过改良的手术导板进行不翻瓣微创手术可缩短患者手术时间、术后疼痛时间,而且可以精确定位,是一种安全有效的手术方法。 Objective:To compare the clinical effects of flapless and mini--flap surgical technique in dental implant placement, and to provide a safe and effective clinical experience for dental doctors. Methods: Twenty patients with single tooth loss in posterior teeth area were selected and subjected to flapless implantation operation with bone map guide, while 20 patients with traditional mini--flap implantationoperation were selected as control. The operating time, time of postoperative sore pain, X- ray examination and the follow--up results of all patients 12 months after repairing were evaluated. Results; There were significant differences in operating time, time of postoperative sore pain, and the angle of implant between minimally invasive flapless technique group and control group (P〈0.01), while there was no difference in the follow--up results of upper structure for 12 months. Conclusion: As a safe and effective method, minimally invasive flapless technique with bone map guides can not only reduce operating time and time of postoperative sore pain, but also lead to accurate orientation.
