调控因子在巨核细胞分化中的重要作用

Pivotal Role of Regulatory Factors in Megakaryocyte Differentiation

摘要 巨核细胞生成经历了骨髓多能干细胞向巨核细胞的分化决定以及巨核系祖细胞的继续分化和发育成熟。这一过程涉及多个基因有序开启和关闭的复杂而又精密的调控,包括胞质、胞核的一系列变化。在髓系细胞分化过程中,红系细胞和巨核系细胞是由同一种前体细胞分化而来,其分化机制目前还未完全被揭示。转录水平的调控是巨核细胞分化研究的重点,文章主要对巨核细胞分化过程相关转录因子的研究进展进行综述。 Megakaryocytopoiesis is a process in which pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells give rise to megakaryocytes that undergo a series of proliferation and differentiation. It is a complicated and elaborate process controlled by related genes, which are turned on and off in proper order, and includes series of change in the cytoplasm and nuclei. Erythrocytes and megakaryocytes are origina-ted from the same precursor cells, and their differentiation mechanism remains elusive. Regulation on transcription factors is the key to study of megakaryocytopoiesis. This study reviews the advances in the study of related transcription factors during megakaryocytopoiesis.
