摘要
目的观察复方参芪冲剂对小鼠S180、H22、Lewis肿瘤生长及与化疗药物阿霉素(ADM)、顺铂(DDP)、环磷酰胺(CTX)合用对抗肿瘤活性和免疫功能的影响。方法采用动物移植瘤S180、H22、Lewis模型 ,对复方参芪冲剂的抗肿瘤作用及对化疗药物的增效减毒作用进行检测。结果复方参芪冲剂对小鼠S180、H22、Lewis均有明显抑制作用 ,明显增强ADM、DDP、CTX的抗肿瘤活性 ,对其所引起的免疫抑制性有明显保护作用。结论复方参芪冲剂的抗肿瘤作用及对化疗药物的增效解毒作用 。
Aim The influence of the compound Shenqi granule both on the growth of S180,H22,Lewis and on the antineoplastic activity as well as immunological function in combination with ADM,DDP and CTX was to be observed.Methods Antineoplastic activity of the compound and the synergia, detoxification of chemotherapy drugs were observed in mouse transplanted tumor models.Results It was revealed that the compound Shenqi granule Obviously decreaced the tumor of S180,H22,Lewis, increaced the antineoplasticactivity of ADM,DDP,CTX, and prevented the immusuppress induced by ADM, DDPand CTX.Conclusion The compound Shenqi granule has the properties of antineoplastic function and the synergia and detoxification which result from its enhance of immunological function.
