摘要
利用电化学聚合法在固定有漆酶的有序介孔碳上制备了聚苯胺薄膜,并将其用于构建漆酶传感器。电化学结果表明,与未改性的介孔碳电极相比,聚苯胺改性介孔碳修饰的电极对酚类物质显示出很好的电催化氧化活性,构建的漆酶传感器的检测限低,线性范围宽,对邻苯二酚的选择灵敏度为0.08314 A/(mol/L),线性范围为0.55~10.45μmol/L,检测限为0.173μmol/L。
The polyaniline film was prepared on the ordered mesoporous carbon immobilized with laccase by electrochemical polymerization,and then used to fabricate the laccase biosensor.The electrochemical results indicated that compared with mesoporous carbon electrode,the polyaniline-modified mesoporous carbon electrode exhibited excellent electrochemical catalytic activity to catechol,and the fabricated biosensor exhibited low detection limit and wide linear response range.The sensitivity of the sensor to catechol was 0.08314A/(mol/L)with a linear range of 0.55μmol/L to 10.45μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.173μmol/L.
